Loud Production Media Entertainment, which owns the caymanonline.co trademark, is a significant provider of transaction processing and financial solutions.
The following are the terms and conditions for using CaymanOnline.co. You agree to abide with these Terms & Conditions by using the CaymanOnline.co service.
Modifications to the terms and conditions
Loud Production Media Entertainment retains the right to change or cancel any part or aspect of the caymanevents.co service at any time, including, without limitation, content, hours of availability, and equipment required to access it.
Loud Production Media Entertainment retains the right to change or modify the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the caymanonline.co service or any of its components at any time, as well as to impose new conditions, such as extra or changed fees and charges. Any change, alteration, or elimination will take effect as soon as it is posted on the website http://www.caymanevents.co or via any other relevant methods of notification. Following such notification, any use of the caymanevents.co and cayman service constitutes acceptance of the changes, revisions, additions, or deletions.
User behavior
You may only use caymanevents.co for legitimate purposes. Any behavior that Loud Production Media Entertainment believes could lead to civil responsibility or violate the law, or that inhibits or prohibits other users from using and enjoying the caymanevents.co service, is forbidden.

You will be responsible for the security of your password, if any, as well as all activity that takes on under your account. Assurance of service
Other than those implicit guarantees, the Cayman Events service is provided “as is,” with no express or implied warranties of any kind (including, but not limited to, guarantees of title or implicit guarantees of merchantability or suitability for a particular use), and is not subject to exclusion, restriction, or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.
Loud Production Media Entertainment, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, content providers, licensors, and assignors do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. They also do not guarantee the outcomes of using the Cayman Event service, purchasing tickets, or the precision, accuracy, or correctness of any information, service, or goods offered through the Cayman Events and cayman Event Services.
Disclaimer
This disclaimer applies to any damages resulting from noncompliance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access, whether for breach of contract, tortious actions, negligence, or any other cause of action. You expressly acknowledge that Loud Production Media Entertainment and its agents are not liable for the defamatory, offensive, or unlawful activity of other users or third parties, and that the risk of harm stemming from the foregoing is solely your responsibility.
Liability and indemnity restrictions
Loud Production Media Entertainment, its agents, or any other person or entity involved in the creation, production, sale, or distribution of tickets will not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from the use or inability to use the caymanevents.co or caymaneventservices.co.
By using the Cayman Events & Cayman Events Services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loud Production Media & Entertainment, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, and assigns from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the Cayman Events & Cayman Events Services.
Using the right equipment
You shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer, tablet, and other equipment required to access and use caymanevents.com, as well as any and all expenses incurred as a result of such use.
Trademarks and copyrights
Loud Production Media Entertainment owns the trademarks Cayman Events & Cayman Event Services, as well as various stylized variants of the term. Loud Production and its respective owners own any copyrighted content, trademarks, and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) utilized as part of the Cayman Events service.
Modification, publication, transmission, participation in the transfer or sale, creation of derivative works, or any other use of this Intellectual Property is banned. Without the express written agreement of the owner of such rights, it is unlawful to post, publish, or make available in any other way on Loud Production Media Entertainment any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other property rights. All damages resulting from a violation of Intellectual Property will be completely your responsibility, and you expressly free Loud Production Media Entertainment from any duty for such damages.

Third parties provide some of the content on caaymanevents.co. Loud Production Media Entertainment is not responsible for any opinions, advice, comments, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by users or third parties, including information providers. Neither caymanevents.co, its agents, nor any third-party information provider guarantees the content’s precision, accuracy, or utility, nor its commercialization or suitability for your specific use. Loud Production Media Entertainment neither endorses nor is responsible for any opinion, advise, or representation made on Cayman Events by anybody other than a Loud Production Media Entertainment employee or spokesperson working in their official role.
Methods of Payment
Credit and debit cards, as well as other payment options, are accepted. Cash payments may be accepted for purchases made directly at headquarters, venues or ticket delivery.
the cost and the availability
Cayman Events provides ticketing, venues, and other services on behalf of event organizers, entertainers, private enterprises, and venue owners, which means we do not set prices, establish seating locations, or determine event or venue duration. The event promoter or business owner is in charge of selecting the costs of your event tickets and venues, as well as the availability of your ticket inventory and the length of time that Cayman Events will disseminate the material.
Charges
Tickets purchased through caymanevents.co (and access to caymanevents.co) are subject to fees for services provided by caymanevents.co. These may also contain additional fees that are not set by caymanevents.co and that are not always optional. The price on the ticket (“ticket”) that grants you access to a live or virtual event indicates the cost of admission and may not necessarily include all applicable service and processing fees. Even if the event is canceled or postponed since the services were offered while processing the purchase, the payments for the services that caymanevents.co offers when processing an order are non-refundable. There are also extra charges that vary by event or location and are imposed by the promoter or facility; caymanevents.co does not impose these charges.
